We DO NOT recommend getting an espresso maker at Bed Bath and Beyond because they continue to use the display model coffee machines, while not having the inventory to actually SELL you a coffee maker. They leave the display model up and say 'we can get it for you' (yadda). This has happened in two different stores with two different espresso machines.
So the store is more like a real life Amazon store, where you can see the item, you just cant drive home and use the item the same day.
The DO offer to sell the display model, which is usually missing parts and manuals. FAIL.
Anyone else experienced this poor service (with coffee makers, or any other product).
